Privacy Policy

Account and business data: your name, email, password (stored securely by our sign-in provider, never in plain text), business name, phone, industry and services.

Quote and customer data: quotes you create, PDFs you upload, and your customers' names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, amounts and notes. You control this data; we process it on your behalf to provide the service.

When you turn on follow-ups, we send emails to your customers through our email delivery provider. We keep delivery records (sent, delivered, bounced, complaints, unsubscribes). When a customer replies to a follow-up, we receive and store that reply so it appears in your Responses and can pause follow-ups.

If you connect QuickBooks Online, we access customers, estimates, invoices and payments in the company you authorize, only to sync them with Follow My Quote. Access tokens are encrypted. You can disconnect at any time.

Subscription payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited details such as plan, status and billing dates.

We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We record basic product usage events inside our own system (for example, which features are used) to improve the service. We do not sell your data or use third-party advertising trackers.

To provide and secure the service, send follow-ups you schedule, show replies, support you, process billing, and comply with law. We share data only with service providers that help us run Follow My Quote (hosting, email delivery, payments, accounting integration), or when required by law.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can archive or delete quotes and customers at any time. After account closure we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records by law. Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to your business account.

You can view and edit your profile, delete records, disconnect integrations, and ask us to export or delete your account data. Your customers can unsubscribe from follow-up emails with one click.

Follow My Quote is intended for businesses in the United States and data is processed in the U.S. The service is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy. If changes are significant, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
