Terms of Service

You must give accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity on your account and your team members' use.

Do not use the service to send spam, unlawful, deceptive or harassing messages, upload content you have no right to use, attempt to break security, or interfere with other users.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact your customers, including under the CAN-SPAM Act and similar laws. Follow-ups include an unsubscribe link, and you must not re-contact customers who opt out. You are responsible for the content of messages sent in your name.

Paid plans are Starter ($29/month), Professional ($49/month) and Business ($89/month). New accounts may start a 14-day free trial; there is no free-forever plan. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan begins and is billed monthly in advance.

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with advance notice.

You own the quotes, customer data and files you add. You grant us permission to host and process them only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.

Integrations such as QuickBooks Online and email delivery are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or changes.

Follow My Quote, its software, design and brand belong to us. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the service.

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that follow-ups will win any job. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or fail to pay.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms or the service must be brought in a state or federal court located in Georgia, and each party consents to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
